More Port Burwell eats! We had the pasta salad I made - roasted red pepper rotini with peas, feta, and basil - on the first night. A little bit of this recipe (for the sauce) a little bit of that recipe (for the mix-ins). Breakfasts consisted of eggs, hash browns, and ramen(!). For one lunch, Mom whipped up a bunch of fresh rolls with herbs from her garden and hoisin dipping sauce she made ahead of time. Rockstar.
