More Port Burwell eats! We had the pasta salad I made - roasted red pepper rotini with peas, feta, and basil - on the first night. A little bit of this recipe (for the sauce) a little bit of that recipe (for the mix-ins). Breakfasts consisted of eggs, hash browns, and ramen(!). For one lunch, Mom whipped up a bunch of fresh rolls with herbs from her garden and hoisin dipping sauce she made ahead of time. Rockstar.

Guess who welcomed her cold right back by walking around in the chilly wind without enough layers? Me! I made some veggie fresh rolls with a garlicky hoisin dipping sauce for dinner last night in an effort to healthitize me.
