My attempt at cacio e pepe eggs. The pan was too hot, I didn’t have the Pecorino grated and ready, and I had no time to add black pepper until the very end. Good albeit overcooked. Until next time!

Popped by the St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market on Thursday morning for a breakfast of egg, curried vegetables, salad, and sauces wrapped in roti. Just like last time!
