I made Oh She Glows’ avocado pasta for dinner. I skipped the basil, lemon zest and spaghetti because I didn’t have any, I was too lazy to grate some, and rotini only requires me to dirty a small pot (again with the laziness), respectively. This dish is essentially pasta sauced up with guacamole (hello, delicious!). It also whips up in no time when you’re in no mood to cook after a long day on campus with a belly full of coffee.
And yes, my place is full of avocados at the moment.
