My attempt at cacio e pepe eggs. The pan was too hot, I didn’t have the Pecorino grated and ready, and I had no time to add black pepper until the very end. Good albeit overcooked. Until next time!

This antipasti sandwich (unveiled and eaten yesterday) was awesome and worth all the prep work. I used Grana and Tofurky Italian Deli Slices. Can’t wait for summer picnics with this thang.
